Phillip Charles Crouch, 72, passed away on May 29, 2023, in Mesquite, TX. Phillip Crouch was born on November 7, 1950 in Athens, TX, to James Crouch and Monatee Crouch. Phillip started his career in 1970 at Minyard's Food Store in the meat market. He worked as a Market Manager for many years until his retirement in 2005, after 35 years of service. Phillip married Lois Jane Terrell on November 9, 1968 in Dallas and they celebrated their 54th anniversary last November. The couple had 2 children, Sherri Cash and Michelle Sullivan. Phillip was best known for his love for family, stellar work ethic, fast cars, hot wheels and his gift of storytelling. Phillip is survived by his wife, Lois Crouch of Mesquite, daughter and son-in-law, Sherri and William Cash of Forney, daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Shane Sullivan of Mesquite, grandchildren David Current, Tyler Current, Lauren Montgomery, Madison Sullivan and Jack Sullivan, sister-in-law, Janice Crouch and multiple nieces and nephews. Phillip is preceded in death by his father and mother, James and Monatee Crouch , sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Derry Carlisle, brother, Eddie Crouch, and nephew, Bryan Carlisle. The service for Phillip Crouch will be held on June 7, 2023 at 2 pm at New Hope Funeral Home. Visitation: June 6, 2023 At New Hope Funeral Home in Mesquite from 6-8 pm. Burial: Grove Hill Cemetery, Dallas, TX
