Samuel (Monachen) Thomas

Thomas (Monachen) Samuel was born in Thiruvalla Kerala at the Thoppil Peedikayil House on January 8th 1946. He was born to the Late Geevarughese Thomas and the Late Aleyamma Thomas. he was the youngest of 5 children; Late Thankamma George, Late Varughese, Late T.G. Thomas, and Late Mariamma George.

Faith and Education was held in the upmost high regard in his early upbringing. Having established a strong belief in Jesus Christ at a early age became his foundation in life; just like his faith his pursuit of a higher education became a strong pillar in his life. He pursued further education in Maharashtra after completing his secondary studies in Kerala. Then relocated on in his life journey he married to the late Soosamma (Suzykutty) samuel in 1986, and then moved to the US to help raise their 4 children (Spencer, Stanley, Steve and Stacy) in New York and then relocating permanently to Dallas in 1992. 

On Sunday December 5th, 2021 he was called to be with the Lord. Our father will always be remembered as a strong, devout Christian and for being faithfully devoted to his family. Gave unconditionally, specially to his children and grandchildren. He was benevolent, charitable, and attentive to all who were in his life and leaves behind a legacy as a loving father, grandfather, husband and friend.
