He is preceded in death by his father, Dallas Lee Harvey, Jr and his mother, Barbara Weaver Harvey, brother, Daniel Harvey, and a sister Leslie Harvey Dent. He is survived by, his wife, Laura Sue Harvey,daughter, Nicole Orsorio; sister, Toni R. Philips, brothers, Randy Harvey and Kenneth Harvey, granddaughter, Trinity Diane Grozier; niece & nephew, David & Cassandra Phillips; great niece & nephew, Brandon & Brittany Phillips; numerous aunts, uncles, neices and nephews.
