Sharon Sue Slatinsky, born on March 13, 1944, in St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away peacefully on June 14, 2025, in Forney, Texas. A devoted mother and beloved sister, Sharon is survived by her two sons, Danny and Ernie Slatinsky; her siblings, Debbie Ramsey, and Warren DeMint; and her cherished grandchildren, Ernest A. Slatinsky, Brooke Guthrie, and Chazz Slatinsky.

Sharon's life was filled with rich experiences and memorable moments. After marrying in 1963, she embarked on a journey that took her from San Angelo, Texas, to Arlesey, England, where she made lifelong friendships and created lasting memories. After returning to her hometown with her young boys while her husband was overseas, she ultimately made her way back to England with her family for a second time. After a total of eight remarkable years abroad, Sharon settled back in San Angelo, where she dedicated 45 years of her career to the Tom Greene County Tax Assessor's Office, retiring in 2020.

In her leisure time, Sharon found joy in her dogs, delightful reading, and the thrill of playing darts. Her passion for sewing also allowed her to express her creativity. Sharon cherished the moments spent with her friends, cultivating relationships that enriched her life.

Sharon's vibrant spirit and loving nature will be profoundly missed by all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth, compassion, and cherished memories that will continue to inspire those who loved her.

Sharon was preceded in death by: Henry De Mint, Myrtle De Mint, Micky DeMint, David DeMint, Patty DeMint, Mark DeMint, Cathy DeMint.
