The world lost a beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Thelma “Denise” Everett, on October 22, 2021. Thelma passed away in Forney, Texas. Thelma was born on April 23, 1954, in Shreveport, Louisiana, to Ethel May McNease and Fred Harold Weeks.

Thelma was blessed with a loving family. She married her best friend, Jon M. Everett. She was able to spend 47 amazing years as devoted and loving wife.

Survivors who loved her dearly include her loving husband, Jon M. Everett: a daughter, Cynthia Palmer, and her husband, Chris Palmer; a son, Jon Everett II and his wife, Melaine Everett; grandchildren Christopher Palmer, Ryan Palmer, Brandon Palmer, Aaron Palmer, Caitlin Rose Everett, Isaac Everett and Ace Everett, sisters; Deborah Wynegar, Ann Leicht, Barbara Barrett, Jeannie Taylor, and brother, Fred Harold Weeks II.

Thelma was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Robert Weeks.
