BROOKS, Thomas Evin of Dallas born February 1, 1939, passed away May 12, 2012. Preceded in death by father, Edgar Ray Brooks; mother, Betty Sue Brooks Stanley. Survived by children, Brenda S. Brooks Arriaga of Whitney, TX; grandchildren, Artamio Arriaga of Whitney, TX., Amanda Arriaga of Grandview, TX., Nia Arriaga of Grandview, TX., Kayla Arriaga of Victoria, TX; brother, Bobby Brooks of Salisbury, N.C., Linda Brooks Martin of Lumberton, N.C. Family will receive friends at New Hope Funeral Home Monday evening from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. Interment will be in Raeford Cemetery, Raeford, North Carolina.
