Tommy Eugene Keith
Tommy Eugene Keith, age 80, of Garland, Texas, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on December 12, 2025. Born on May 24, 1945, in Winnsboro, Texas, to William Howard Keith and Mary Ruth Salmon.
Tommy is survived by his devoted wife of 54 years, Betty Keith. He was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved brother, James Howard Keith. Though his earthly journey has ended, his legacy of kindness and devotion will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
A proud graduate of Winnsboro High School in 1963, Tommy answered the call to serve his country, enlisting in the U.S. Army in October 1965. He served honorably overseas in Korea before returning home to pursue his education at Tyler Junior College. In the fall of 1970, Tommy moved to Dallas, where he met the love of his life, Betty. They were united in marriage in May 1971, beginning a beautiful journey together.
Tommy will be remembered for his unwavering love for the Lord and his generous spirit-always ready to lend a helping hand at a moment's notice. He found joy in life's simple pleasures, including fishing, golf, and cooking for family and friends. Tommy lived a life marked by faith, love, and service.
His earthly remains will rest in the Mausoleum at DFW National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas, a fitting tribute to his service and sacrifice.
The family takes comfort in knowing that Tommy is now in the presence of the Lord, where there is peace and joy everlasting. "Well done, good and faithful servant." (Matthew 25:23)
