Vicki Lynn Hall

Vicki Lynn Hall was a caring wife, mother, sister and more. She passed away surrounded by family at her home in Forney, Texas on April 23rd at the age of 55.

 

Vicki was born to Henry Selph and Joyce Doss in Dallas, Texas on September 14, 1965. She attended Mesquite High School where she was a member of the drill team. She spent her life enjoying the responsibility of raising her family and being a homemaker. You could always find her chauffeuring her children to multiple activities, on the dance floor two-stepping at Southern Junction, or watching soap operas. 

 

Vicki is survived by her caring husband, Jeff of 29 years. They were married in Dallas, Texas on November 2, 1991. Vicki is lovingly remembered by her children, Rebecca and her husband Tim Hallman of Forney, Jacob Hall of Fort Worth, Elizabeth Hall of Dallas; her sister, Effie Mae Lee and her significant other John Hasenfuss of Seagoville; her niece, Yolande and her husband Tommy Wilkerson of Mesquite; her nephew, Michael and his wife Amanda Deaver of Scurry; her niece, Nikki Foreman of Forney; and many great nieces and great nephews. 

 

Vicki is preceded in death by her mother, Joyce Franklin Selph; father, Henry Daniel Selph; brothers, Daniel Frank Selph and Randie Doss Rankin; sisters, Macalene Selph and Bobbie Joyce Rankin.

 

The family will be gathering with loved ones to celebrate Vicki’s life on Wednesday, April 28th at New Hope Funeral Home in Sunnyvale, Texas where the visitation will begin at 12 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 1 p.m. David Chisholm of Gwinnett Church of Christ, located in Lawrenceville, Georgia, will be officiating the service. A procession will lead family and friends to the graveside at Hillcrest Cemetery in Forney, Texas. Following the graveside, family and friends will be received at the family home of 106 Bowie Street, Forney, Texas 75126.
