Wayne Ray Hulsey of Garland, Texas was born November 17, 1964 in Tyler Texas to Olen and Patsy Hulsey. He passed away in Sachse, TX on April 17, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Wayne worked for the City of Garland Parks and Recreation Department.
Wayne is preceded in death by his mother, Patsy Hulsey. He is survived by his son Gavin Hulsey of Sachse, TX.; his father Olen Hulsey of Forney, TX.; and numerous Aunts and Uncles.
Graveside service will be held at Hillcrest Cemetery in Forney, TX at noon on Friday, April 21, 2021.
Pallbearers will be family and close friends.
