Ruben Guerrero was born November 16, 1947 to Andres and Celia Guerrero in Corpus Christi, Texas.He passed away on May 16, 2008 at his home in Mesquite, Texas. Ruben was preceded in death by his father, Andres Guerrero, and mother, Celia Guerrero-Muguerza; brothers: Andrew Guerrero and Robert Guerrero. He is survived by his wife, Martha Guerrero; daughter, Marie Poteet and husband Kent, grandchildren, Matthew, Justin and Mason; son, Mark Guerrero and wife Gabriela, grandchildren, Juan Marcos and Luz Elena; daughter, Elizabeth Puente and husband Eric; daughter, Raquel Fonseca and husband Daniel, grandchild, Noemi; daughter, Ruth Creech and husband Bobby, granchildren, Jude and Jeremiah. Also survived by brothers: Armando Guerrero, Raynaldo Guerrero, Ricardo Guerrero and wife Eloise, Adam Muguerza & wife, Clara; sister-in-law Carmen Guerrero; sister-in-law, Trish Guerrero. Services will be on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church Sunnyvale, 3018 N. Belt Line Road, Sunnyvale, Texas 75182.The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 20, 2008 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home, 500 E. Hwy 80, Sunnyvale, Tx 75182.
