Rufus Williams

Rufus (Cosmo) Williams Jr. 75 was born on September 29th, 1946 in Gilbert, Louisiana. He proudly served his country in the Vietnam War and received multiple medals including the bronze star. He passed away on January 24th, 2022 in Quinlan, TX in the comfort of his home with his dog companion Penny. He is preceded in death by his wife Brenda Williams, Son Rufus Hardy Williams, Great Granddaughter Avery Ochoa, and his parents Rufus Williams Sr. and Ethel Williams. Brothers Shelby, Harry, and J.C. Williams. Sisters Pauline McFarland and Maxine Calhoun. He is survived by his daughter Yolonda Ochoa, Son-in-law Adrian Ochoa Sr., and son Gregg White. Grandchildren Nikki and Jose Salazar, Ashley Ochoa, Steven and Amber Hutcheson, Jonathan and Lauren Ochoa, Zachary Ochoa, Cody White, Amanda and Cecil Sellars, Anthony and Colbi White, Angela White, and 19 great-grandchildren. Sisters Irma Cicet, Dot Smith, Louise Rowton, and Nettie Remore. Brother Pee Wee Williams. And his countless nieces, nephews, and extended family.
