Beverly Joyce Moreland was born on August 6,1940 in Dallas,TX to JL Blue and Ruby Hilburn. Beverly peacefully passed away on February 19, 2022 with family at her side. She was proceeded in death by both parents, brother Waylon Wayne Cotton, brother Pete Blue, brother Donald Blue, son Frank Stockton. She is survived by husband Charles Ray Moreland, brother Charles Blue, daughter Wanda Peck and husband Gavin, son Patrick Dewayne Neighbors, daughter Rebecca Hollaway and husband Kenny, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
